How do I place a return or exchange?
Don’t like your Colmir items? No problem! Drop us an email with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return, and we’ll offer you an easy, free return (or a full refund). It’s that simple. And, of course, we’ll pay all of your return shipping fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30 days timeframe, please reach out to [email protected]

How long does it take to process a return?

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, Please contact us at  [email protected] and we’ll be sure to get you the one you ordered!

What’s the return process if I’m not happy with the product?


1. Securely pack the items in a box.

2. Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.

3. Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.

4. Ship the package from the nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
